A Sample of the Insanity from My Twitter Feed

This is a sample of stuff in my Twitter feed just right now. These are things from people I follow, but mostly things that were liked by Twitter friends.

The insanity out there is so unbelievable.

Hey! You in the Cheap Seats! Shut Up!

Yes, that is what brand new congressperson Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez said about the citizens of this country after several weeks in office. Shut up, peons. We’re in charge.

It’s clear why she loves socialism so much.

Yup. If you don’t like the #GreenNewDeal, then come up with your own ambitious, on-scale proposal to address the global climate crisis.

Until then, we’re in charge – and you’re just shouting from the cheap seats. https://t.co/h3KSJhHqDN

Conservative Attacked at UC Berkeley

I bet you didn’t hear about this, right? A conservative was harrassed and beaten up in public. This doesn’t make the MSM because they don’t care if The Left beats up on Conservatives and Trump supporters.

Both of these men were attacked:

– One was viciously targeted & beaten for his political opinions by those who disagreed with him.

– The other paid his attackers to beat him up & lied to the world about being a political victim for his own gain.

Which one gets media attention? pic.twitter.com/B60Kl30ga2

Another conservative student was assaulted on @UCBerkeley's campus. I just spoke to the survivor of the attack who is a dear friend of mine. He is in good spirits and plans on continuing to fight for conservative values on campus once his black eye is gone! What a bad a**! pic.twitter.com/g67Y9pAszD

Green New Deal

These people are so rude. When did it become acceptable for children to be rude to a U.S. Senator?

What struck me is how propagandized these kids are. This helps you understand the Nazi kids movements of the 1930s. Fake panic is generated to meet a fake threat, and anyone who thinks differently is “out of step with the Fuhrer” https://t.co/jU5bSgpr5k

— Dinesh D'Souza (@DineshDSouza) February 23, 2019

Feinstein showed a lot of sanity in this one until the end. BTW… Those kids have been totally brainwashed. It is seriously disturbing.

It sure sounds like @AOC needs the same schooling these kids got from @SenFeinstein "There reasons why I can’t (support the Green New Deal) because there’s no way to pay for it." pic.twitter.com/5QbYVsbi85

Illegal Immigration and the Wall

The man who was shot dead by a Napa County sheriff’s deputy after he fired at her point blank during a traffic stop was a Mexican national in the country illegally after being deported multiple times, according to U.S. Immigration and Customs… https://t.co/73de1aL7dD

Bernie Supporters and Other Socialists

This is ridiculous. $226,000 in college debt and she believes taxpayers should be punished for her financial irresponsibility? Why in the hell didn't she go to a cheaper school? These are the people supporting Bernie Sanders. pic.twitter.com/u1iDWfNAvi

      That’s just a tiny sample.

If I didn’t have to earn a living and homeschool and take care of a home/family…. Man. I could do some epic work with this site.

So much to write about. So little time.

Speech pathology is serious business, it requires quite a few years of post-graduate studies (or at least, that’s what my friend the speech pathologist had to go through.) You wind up in school for 7-8 years in total (depending on the program, the specialty, and the state.)

So I think the “financial irresponsibility” and “why didn’t she go to a cheaper school” comments are kind of dumb, you can’t even get that degree at a “cheaper school”.

(On the other hand, as I think about it, since she is someone who is going to end up in the upper end of the income bracket, her vote for Bernie means a vote for higher taxes, so she’s probably going to wind up paying her cost of schooling either way!)

A Christian Nation

"The real object of the first amendment was not to countenance, much less to advance, Mahometanism, or Judaism, or infidelity, by prostrating Christianity; but to exclude all rivalry among christian sects, and to prevent any national ecclesiastical establishment, which should give to a hierarchy the exclusive patronage of the national government."

Joseph Story (Associate Justice of the Supreme Court), Commentaries on the Constitution of the United States (1833), § 1871.
