Thank you again, Sallie, for doing all the digging! I find myself listening to your talks two or three times in order to fully digest all the information. It’s like trying to take little sips of water from a firehose! I’m very appreciative of the background on the Ukraine. Though I know where it is geographically, anything else I know about it could fit on the head of a pin, and that tiny bit only because years ago my best friend was second generation Ukrainian (when I lived in Brooklyn when I was in my 20’s back in the late 70’s/early 80’s). Thanks again, Sallie. I completely agree that situations and people are rarely how they appear. I know it has always been like this, probably since man was banished from the garden of Eden, but the percentage has gone up exponentially over the years. It just astounds me how so many “ordinary” people just swallow what the media fiction mill feeds them without question. It will be interesting to see how this plays out, and how complicit the church is in all of it.
